Kay Residence -- Paver Pool Deck with Downspout Drainage

A rectangular pool was surrounded with a large-format gray paver deck that ties into the covered porch of the home. Downspout drain lines were trenched and buried away from the house, and the disturbed lawn around the deck was regraded.

Scope of Work

Paver pool deck surrounding the pool and tying into the covered patio, plus underground downspout drainage and lawn regrading.

Materials Used

• Large-format concrete pavers (verify with Randy)
• Paver coping around the pool edge (verify with Randy)
• Compacted aggregate base
• Corrugated drain pipe for downspouts
